Well, I told you I have been having some medical problems and this Thursday, March 31st I will be having exploratory surgery. I have an IUD that has gone through my uterus and is now back by my spinal cord/ tail bone. It's been wandering around in my body for the last 19 months doing who knows what. A gal pal in my mom's group is having twins soon and our group threw her a little sprinkle (mini shower). They do not know the sex of the twins so I needed to make something gender neutral. This one was a rough one. I did learn from it but is was so frustrating that there will be no tutorial! LOL The dress has 2 ruffled skirt panels and a fitted bodice top. I also made a matching  rose bow for her hair. All in all it turned out alright.
